An AFTERSIX entremet is crafted fresh and intended to be enjoyed at its best.

For optimal texture and flavour, we recommend consuming it within 48 hours of delivery.

Keep it chilled in the refrigerator (2–4°C), and allow a short moment at room temperature before serving this is when the layers soften and the experience fully opens.
